Prices are shown excluding VAT. Where applicable, VAT is calculated and added during Stripe checkout based on your billing location.
Managed Hosting is the equivalent of €20/month, billed once annually. You receive an automatic invoice for the yearly term.
No. Both the Regular and Extended white-label licenses are one-time payments.
For Custom Development and Data Migration we review your requirements and send a fixed quote with scope and timing before any work begins.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which supports major cards and regional payment methods. An invoice is generated automatically for every purchase.
All prices are in euros (EUR). Stripe shows the amount that will be charged before you confirm; if you pay in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.
Yes. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with some exceptions once a service has started or a digital license has been delivered. Support sessions are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. See the full refund and cancellation terms for details, or email info@timecrack.org.
Managed Hosting renews annually. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@timecrack.org before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; your instance stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
For Managed Hosting we target a monthly uptime of 99.5% or better (excluding scheduled maintenance), with daily backups. For Technical Support we aim to respond within two business days. These are the service standards we work to; a tailored service-level agreement can be arranged on request.
